Shipping Delivery and Returns

How We Process the Delivery of Your Item

  1. Your delivery cost is completely FREE if you live in the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada or Australia. Delivery to Europe and everywhere else may also be free and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  2. Duties and taxes are included in the item price.
  3. We will process your order within 24 - 48 hours after your order has been placed.
  4. Your item should arrive between 3-13 working days after your order has been processed. Please contact us at sales@sanggolworld.com if your item has not arrived or if you have any concerns about your order. You may also contact us by replying to any order messages we have sent to you.
  5. We will send you updates on your order. This is an automated service. Please contact us if you did not receive an update or for any other issue on the order. The contact is sales@sanggolworld.com . You may also contact us by replying to any order messages we have sent to you.
  6. When we deliver your order, if there is no one available to receive your item, we will make one more attempt to deliver it.
  7. If your parcel remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least one more attempt to deliver your item, our delivery agent may leave a card or return the item to us. The card will have information on how you may collect your item at a delivery centre near you and how long the item will remain at the collection centre
  8. We do not take responsibility for any missed delivery caused because:
    • Delivery was not possible after two attempts
    • You provided the wrong address for delivery.
    • There is a mistake in the delivery address that you provided.
    • We could not access the address you provided.
    • The address is not safe to access
    • Or you have not collected the item from our collection center within the time limit provided
We reserve the right to charge you any return delivery cost cause by the above listed reasons.  
We may agree to re-deliver your items; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery, even where the initial delivery was free of charge.

 

Returns, Order Edit or Cancellation

Returns

  1. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, Sanggolworld is committed to selling only high-quality products, but we understand there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.
  2. Our products can be returned within 30 daysof the original purchase of the product.
  3. Visit our RETURNS CENTRE to learn more about our returns policy. We may accept an exchange on a product by product basis. Please contact us on sales@sanggol.co.uk, if you wish to exchange

Order Edits

  1. You may choose to edit your order at anytime but within 24 hours of placing your order. You can edit your order after 48 hours provided your order has not been processed or shipped. Please note that changes to your order is only possible within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase. You can do this by sending us an email at sales@sanggolworld.com with your order details and to help us improve our service, please also tell us why you wish to cancel your order.
